About Three Square
Three Square is the Food Solution for Southern Nevada.
Three Square is the valley's food hub, a central location where donated and rescued food can be collected and distributed. We provide bakery, produce, dairy, nonperishable products and ready-to-eat meals to nonprofit and faith-based organizations. We also facilitate childhood and senior nutrition programs. We are a place for members of the community to meet, serve and collaborate as part of the food solution.
A national model project, Three Square is a community collaborative partnership with the gaming industry, businesses, nonprofit agencies, food distributors, UNLV, the CCSD, governmental entities, the media and hundreds of volunteers to efficiently and effectively serve hope to the hungry.

Allen’s hours at a local hotel were recently cut so dramatically that he sometimes only gets called in to work two days a week. With this being the family’s only income, they’ve been struggling to make ends meet. Allen and his wife worry that they won’t be able to provide a special holiday meal for their two children this holiday season. Your donations will ensure that they have something to celebrate this year.

Bob has a college degree in electrical engineering and until a couple of years ago, he’d been working as a highly qualified electrician and general contractor. It has been very upsetting for Bob to not be working and without a steady income for so long, it is becoming financially difficult as well. Now he can’t even afford something as basic as groceries. With your support, Bob is able to put food on his table.

Not long ago Shirlee and Robert were both working providing for their young daughter, in fact Robert was still a full-time truck driver for the same company for 22 years. But bad luck struck twice simultaneously. Shirlee was in an accident leaving her permanently disabled and Robert’s hours were cut in half because the company just didn’t have enough business. Their savings diminished quickly and Shirlee worried how they would feed their daughter. With your support, they’re finding the help they need during difficult times.

Cecilia and her husband Daniel are both out of work right now and their searches have been coming up dry. Daniel is taking odd jobs to earn money and looks for jobs when he’s not out. Their teenage daughter qualifies for free lunch at school, but dinner at home is not as dependable. Without the assistance of Three Square, they’re teenage daughter may not always have dinner. Your help is putting a nourishing meal on the table for Cecilia’s family.
